Analyzing the fit of our deal pipeline of direct and indirect investment opportunities with the investment objectives set out in the investment policy of our partners, our investment team is supported by the top legal and tax advisors in Germany.

We in conjunction with our partners set investment criteria and targets for their exposure to the German market. We champion in understanding the international angle including international legal and tax topics as well as efficient transfer of capital into the ideal investment structure. Additionally we act as a “one-stop-shop” for any business our partners wish to conduct in Germany including all kinds of business services.

Our partners have investable capital of >50 M EUR and at the
outset of our relationship typically are underinvested in Germany.

We work closely with all our partners, at every stage of their
